Service description
Every consumer expects food to be safe and of high quality. First and foremost, this is the responsibility of all businesses in the food chain. Food
safety authorities carry out checks and sampling according to specific criteria to ensure that these expectations are ultimately met. They cannot achieve complete monitoring. If deficiencies are found, it is the task of the official food monitoring authorities to ensure that these are remedied immediately and that violations of existing legal provisions are punished.
