Required documents:

• Valid identity card or passport with current registration certificate (not older than 90 days)
• Paper photograph that complies with the provisions of the Passport Regulation of 19 October 2007 (no digital photos)
• an eye test certificate (not older than two years)
• Proof of first aid training
• Existing driving licence, if applicable
• Address of the instructing driving school
• Address of the testing organisation (e.g. TÜV or DEKRA if the training takes place outside Saxony-Anhalt and notification of testing location)
• Signature sticker for the production of the card driving licence if already available, otherwise this is done here when the application is submitted

An application/issue is possible at the driving licence authority as well as at the town of Nienburg (Saale), the town of Staßfurt, the municipality of Bördeland and the municipality of Egelner Mulde.
