8 September 2026 – Vaccination of chickens against atypical avian influenza
On Saturday, 12 September 2026, the chicken vaccine against atypical avian influenza (Newcastle disease) will be distributed at various distribution points across the district.
The output is displayed in:
- Cörmigk, Fire Brigade – 7.45 am
- Leau, playground – 8 am
- Preußlitz, sales outlet – 8.15 am
- Plömnitz, near Winkelmann – 8.25 am
- Biendorf, Linde – 8.35 am
- Wohlsdorf, "Schneider" – 8.45 am
- Crüchern, Fire Brigade – 8.55 am
- Poley, by the pond – 9.10 am
- Baalberge, ‘nahkauf’ car park – 9.25 am
The vaccine will be available from 10.00 am at the Gregorius Veterinary Practice (Thomas-Müntzer-Straße 11, 06406 Bernburg).
Please do not give the chickens water in the morning; bring the vaccination certificate with you and have a small container ready to collect the vaccine.
