Miriam Höller - Life is unfair: And that's a good thing

Miriam Höller has always lived on the edge – until life showed her some harsh limits.
Known as one of Germany’s few female stunt performers, presenter of the motoring magazine *Grip* and a contestant on *Germany’s Next Top Model*, she was more of a tomboy than a princess even as a child. She leaves nothing to chance when it comes to planning her life: Ridiculed as a teenager for her dream of becoming a stuntwoman, she landed her first professional gig at 18 and founded her own stunt team in her mid-20s. Her trademark became a unique combination of aesthetics and action. Yet even the greatest success offers no protection against injustice. Suddenly, she suffered two blows of fate in quick succession: When she broke both feet whilst performing a helicopter stunt in high heels, her career came to an abrupt end. Shortly afterwards, her partner died in a helicopter crash.
