Bernburg. In order to counter the false claims that have been widely circulated in public, the Salzlandkreis feels compelled to issue a statement on the situation at Lake Löderburg.
Following a tip-off from a member of the public, the building control authority has launched an investigation. Those responsible for Lake Löderburg have been informed of the findings, which are now available. These include the private operator of the local leisure centre and the towns of Staßfurt and Hecklingen.
The Salzlandkreis Building Control Authority has explained to the parties involved in the proceedings what alterations are required on the site and which applications and documents must be submitted.
The common objective of all stakeholders involved in this necessary process remains clear: to facilitate the further development of the local recreation area in accordance with the relevant regulations.
As a general rule, no further information may be disclosed to third parties during the ongoing administrative proceedings.
