Bernburg. Cooking, eating and enjoying a chat together on a Friday evening – the Bernburg District Adult Education Centre, led by course leader Xu Wang, invites you to a new culinary journey of discovery on 6 November. The focus will be on ‘jiaozi’ – dumplings filled with fresh meat and vegetables – and traditional Chinese cuisine.
The course leader is originally from China. She is well versed in Chinese culinary culture and will guide the course participants through the traditional, step-by-step preparation of these popular dumplings from her home country, providing plenty of essential information and practical tips – from the dough and the filling right through to the finished dish. Afterwards, everyone will enjoy the results together, with plenty of opportunity to chat over the meal.
