Right of assembly

Every citizen has the right to organise public assemblies and processions and to take part in such events.

Anyone intending to organise a public assembly in the open air or a parade must notify the competent authority at least 48 hours before the announcement, stating the subject of the assembly or parade. The competent authority in the Salzland district is the Department of Public Order and Road Traffic.
