Main tasks
- Acceptance of temporary structures (e.g. fairground rides, tents, grandstands, stages, mobile concert stages)
- Processing applications for the registration, amendment or cancellation of a building encumbrance and maintaining the register of building encumbrances
- Conducting proceedings in the event of violations of public building regulations
- Decision on immediate measures in the event of dangers to public safety and order posed by structures
- Processing of appeals against administrative acts of the building regulations office
- Information from the register of building encumbrances, from building files and on other issues relating to public building law
- Processing of objection and complaint proceedings
