Documents required for face-to-face teaching

• Identity card or passport, residence permit
• Activities in the Federal Voluntary Service, Voluntary Social Year and student internships must be documented on site with the relevant documents
• Under-18s must bring an informal declaration of consent and assumption of costs from their parents to the event

Costs/fees:

• Fees for providing information and issuing the certificate: EUR 28.20

Exemption from fees is possible with the following proof:

• Federal Volunteer Service
• Voluntary social / ecological year
• Student internship

Payment options:

• EC card (preferred)
• Cash payment
• Payment on account (only for companies)

Venue for face-to-face teaching:

Citizens with no knowledge of German:

The face-to-face instruction is only offered in German. The instruction can therefore only take place accompanied by an interpreter.
