Service description
If you run a prostitution business, you must report certain changes to the relevant authority. These include the following changes:
- Changes to the operating concept, including, amongst other things, any changes relating to the mode of operation, operating hours or operating premises
- changes to staffing, including, amongst other things, any changes relating to the deputy, management, operational management or supervision of an establishment
- Changes to the company’s details or the details of its legal representatives
- Changes to the operator’s personal data
The competent authority will first examine the changes. If necessary, it will amend your licence to operate a prostitution business accordingly.
Prerequisites
- They hold a valid licence to operate a prostitution business.
- The proposed changes to the business plan or to the location of the business do not conflict with the public interest.
- In the event of changes to staff: the personal reliability of the person named
Which documents are required?
In the event of changes to the operational concept:
- Operating concept
In the event of changes to persons subject to the reliability check, such as deputies, managers, supervisors, etc.:
- Surname, First name
- Certificate of Good Conduct for submission to a public authority under document type "0" or European Certificate of Good Conduct
- Identity card, passport or residence permit
In the event of a change to the company’s details or the details of its legal representative:
- the documents and supporting evidence relating to the change
In the event of changes to the operator’s personal data:
- the documents and supporting evidence relating to the change
In the event of changes to the personal data of individuals subject to the reliability check, such as deputies, managers, supervisors, etc.:
- the documents and supporting evidence relating to the change
What deadlines do I have to observe?
You must notify us immediately of any planned significant changes relating to personnel or operations.
