Bernburg. School transport services in the town of Bernburg have been organised to accommodate Saxony-Anhalt Day. However, there has now been a last-minute change, as announced by the Salzlandkreis district authority. Affected pupils and their parents or guardians have already received this information via their schools, and the district transport authority has also posted details on its website:
The planned transport to and from the bus stops on Liebknechtstraße is no longer possible with immediate effect, as access will be blocked during the festival. Pupils must therefore use the stops at the main station up to and including Friday 5 June, which will continue to be served by the KVG during the event.
Transport on Monday, 8 June, will once again take place in Liebknechtstraße. From Tuesday, 9 June, the buses will run as usual.
