District archiveSince 1990 he has been collecting documents on the history of TV shows, radio programmes, media award ceremonies, concerts and artist performances in various fields: music, artistry, clowning, dance, magic, circus and variety.
As publisher of the German show encyclopaedia and organiser of show fairs, Mr Sielmon published the entire spectrum of media, music and shows with the "VAKO" format. With several projects, the VAKO media format was the lucrative springboard for many entertainers in the 199s. The four letters stood for vision, attraction, creativity and originality. The "VAKO-Showlexikon" contained over 1000 direct artist contacts and editorial reports. The specialised medium was published in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Every year from 1994-1996, one of the biggest artists' meetings in the show industry took place at various locations in Saxony-Anhalt.
Based on these activities, one of the largest show archives in Germany was created. The motives were the preservation of tradition and customs with the preservation of the art of music and entertainment as well as making it accessible to interested parties and researchers. The main focus is on cultural-historical originals, objects and artistic artefacts (clothing, props, instruments and personal items belonging to the stars).

In April 2014, the honorary chairman of the club, Mr. Günther Schmidt, was looking for a home for the collected history of his BSG "Rot-Weiß" Bernburg-Dröbel club. The club existed from 1967 to 2010. The collection is surprising due to its diversity, meticulousness and attention to detail.The collection consists of the club's history from 1967 to 2010, including photos, footballs, cups, jerseys, certificates and the meticulously kept annual records of team line-ups, fixtures and match results.
