A mother who is not married to the father can prove that she has sole custody by means of a negative certificate issued by the Youth and Family Department. For parents who have been awarded sole custody by a court, the court judgement or court order serves as proof of sole custody.
Necessary documents:
- Copy of the applicant's identity card
