Main tasks

Counselling for the mentally ill, relatives and people in their social environment
Support with difficulties in participating in working life and life in the community
Counselling on individual assistance needs
Support and advice with applications and, if necessary, accompaniment to authorities in individual cases
Referral to preventive and supportive assistance for outpatient, day-care and inpatient treatment and other social services
Placement in aftercare support and suitable measures for reintegration into the community through individual support/counselling
Crisis intervention and conflict resolution
Referral to self-help groups and leisure activities
Home visits
