Service description
If you have any questions about gender equality or if you are being treated unfairly on the grounds of your gender, you can contact the Equal Opportunities Officer.
The Equality Officer provides information, advice and support on matters relating to equality. She is committed to achieving genuine equality between women and men and to eliminating discrimination.
In addition, it can initiate measures to support women and work towards promoting equal opportunities and a better work-life balance. To this end, it collaborates with other bodies and organisations.
Procedure
- Please contact the Equality Officer and arrange an appointment.
- You should attend the appointment and explain your case.
- If necessary, please provide any relevant documents.
- You discuss your concern with the Equal Opportunities Officer. If necessary, the Equal Opportunities Officer will take action or discuss the next steps with you.
