Have your electronic residence permit changed
Service description
The electronic residence permit is issued as a plastic card in cheque card format. It contains a chip on which the following information is stored:
- personal data such as name, date of birth, address
- Your photo
- Your fingerprints
- Your residence status
If there are any changes to your data, you must notify the competent authority.

With the electronic residence permit (eAT) you can use the online ID function on the Internet. You should have the online ID function of your eAT blocked if it is lost or stolen. You can do this at the relevant customer centre or around the clock by calling the blocking hotline on 116 116.
