• You are already in possession of a bus and coach licence.
• They can guarantee the financial performance of the company.
• You or the person appointed to manage the business are reliable.

• You and the contractors commissioned by you to provide transport services have your registered office or branch in Germany.

• Application for extension of the bus licence with details of:
  • Surname and first name of the applicant
  • Domicile and place of business
  • for natural persons: Date of birth, place of birth
  • Number of vehicles, vehicle type, capacity of the vehicles used
• Equity certificate, additional certificate if applicable, not older than 3 months
• Certificate in tax matters from the tax office, the municipality, the social insurance institution and the employers' liability insurance association, not older than 3 months:
  • from the company
  • the legal representative
  • the person or transport manager appointed to manage the business
• Certificate of good conduct for submission to the authorities
• Extract from the central trade register for companies
• Extract from the driving aptitude register (FAER)
• Vehicle list
• Proof of liability insurance for buses and coaches including risk index (WKZ)
• Business registration
