Service description
If you have a valid preliminary decision for your building project, you can apply for an extension of the preliminary decision. The responsible lower building supervisory authority can extend the preliminary decision by a maximum of one year.
Procedure
You can apply for an extension of the preliminary decision online or in writing.
Proceed as follows for written applications:
Submit the application and state which preliminary decision your application for extension relates to.
Submit the application to the responsible lower building supervisory authority.
If necessary, the lower building supervisory authority will ask you to pay a fee in advance.
Make the advance payment.
The lower building supervisory authority will examine your application and involve the municipality and the relevant authorities.
You will then receive the extension of the preliminary decision and a notification of fees.
Pay the fees.
