Declaration of fulfilment in accordance with Section 92 (1) of the Building Energy Act (GEG) for new buildings
Service description
The Building Energy Act sets requirements for the energy performance of buildings. The client or owner of a heated or cooled building must prove that the building fulfils the requirements of the Building Energy Act. Proof is provided with the declaration of fulfilment. The declaration of fulfilment must be submitted after the building has been completed.
Procedure
The respective countries regulate the procedure for the declaration of fulfilment, the authorisation to issue it, the mandatory information and the evidence to be submitted.
Prerequisites
They must confirm that the requirements of the Building Energy Act are met.
