Applying for an extension of the building permit for the modification of an installation

• You can apply for the extension of a building permit via the online service or in writing
• Proceed as follows for written applications:
• Submit the application and state which planning permission your application for an extension relates to.
• Submit the application to the responsible lower building supervisory authority.
• If necessary, the lower building supervisory authority will ask you to make an advance fee payment.
• Make the advance payment.
• If there are any ambiguities, you will be asked to resolve them.
• In this case, submit the clarification.
• The lower building supervisory authority will examine your application and involve the municipality and the necessary authorities.
• You will then receive notification of your application and a fee notice.
• Pay the fees.

Lower building supervisory authority

You have a valid building permit for the modification of an installation.

The legal requirements have not changed in the meantime.

• Schedule 1 to the Building Fees Regulation (BauGVO)

• § Section 72 Building Regulations of the State of Saxony-Anhalt (BauO LSA)
• Ordinance on building documents and building inspectorate notifications (Bauvorlagenverordnung BauVorlVO)
• Appendix to the Administrative Regulation on Technical Building Regulations (VV TB)

Contradiction

You must submit a notification of commencement of use to the lower building supervisory authority at least 2 weeks before commencing use.
