Display removal of installations
Service description
According to Section 60 (3) of the Building Regulations of the State of Saxony-Anhalt (BauO LSA), the removal of
- Installations in accordance with § 60 Para. 1 BauO LSA,
- free-standing buildings of building classes 1 and 3,
- other installations that are not buildings with a height of up to 10 metres
procedurally free.
In addition, the intended removal of installations must be notified to the competent authority at least one month before the start of the removal.
Procedure
In the case of non-freestanding buildings, the stability of the building or buildings to which the building to be removed is attached must be assessed by a qualified structural engineer within the meaning of Section 65 (2) BauO LSA and verified to the required extent; the removal must be monitored by the qualified structural engineer if necessary. § Section 65 (2) sentence 3 BauOLSA does not apply if the building is attached to a building not subject to procedural requirements.
