Service description
As a monitoring station for emissions and ambient concentrations under the Federal Immission Control Act, you may offer your services throughout Germany following notification by a state authority, or take part in relevant tenders.
They have the necessary equipment and personnel to detect particulate and gaseous organic and inorganic substances, as well as odours. They meet the specific requirements regarding sampling and analysis.
They have the necessary equipment and staff to detect noise and/or vibrations.
You comply with the obligations set out in Section 16 of the 41st BImSchV

Prerequisites

What fees are incurred?
Fees are payable for the conduct of the notification procedure and the associated expert services, depending on the audit and administrative costs involved and the specific measurements requested
What deadlines do I have to observe?
The authorisation is valid for five years and must be reapplied for after that period.

Approximately four months after the complete documentation has been submitted
