Notify the installation, major modification or measures resulting in a change to the hazard level of heating oil consumption installations in accordance with the AwSV
Service description
You must submit your notification regarding the installation, substantial alteration or change to the hazard level of a heating oil installation to the relevant authority in good time in advance. There is no need to notify the authorities of the installation of such installations if
- an application is made for a suitability assessment for this installation under the Water Resources Act, or
- the installation is subject to an authorisation procedure under other legislation, provided that the authorisation procedure also ensures compliance with the requirements of this Regulation. In this case, significant changes to the installation that require authorisation are also exempt from the notification requirement.
