Apply for an exemption from nature conservation regulations
Service description
The districts and independent towns, as lower-level nature conservation authorities, are responsible for nature conservation and for implementing the Nature Conservation Act of the State of Saxony-Anhalt. The State Administration Office, as the higher nature conservation authority, designates and manages nature reserves, but may also grant exemptions from the restrictions applicable in nature reserves, as well as issue exemptions and waivers under species protection legislation. In some cases, the districts and independent towns are also responsible for granting exemptions under species protection legislation.
