Service description
The competent authority must be notified in writing of the opening or closure of a branch office or dependent branch office for the commercial manufacture and/or trade of weapons.
Failure to do so constitutes an administrative offence under Section 53 (1) (8) of the Weapons Act.
Procedure
The notification must be submitted by the holder of the firearms manufacturing or trading licence to the firearms authority responsible for the location of the branch office or dependent branch.

If you live in Halle or Magdeburg, please contact the respective police department.
Prerequisites
The weapons manufacturing licence or weapons trading licence has been issued.
