Service description
You need a licence to work as a broker.
This applies if you commercially
- broker the conclusion of contracts for land, leasehold rights, commercial premises, residential premises or loans or provide evidence of the opportunity to conclude such contracts,
- broker the acquisition of share certificates of an investment company, of foreign investment shares, of other publicly offered investments managed for the joint account of investors, or of publicly offered shares in and securitised claims against a corporation or limited partnership, or
- provide investment advice within the meaning of the exemption in Section 2 (6) sentence 1 no. 8 of the German Banking Act (KWG)
or if you have a building project
- prepare or carry out construction work in their own name for their own account or for the account of third parties and use assets of purchasers, tenants, lessees or other authorised users or of applicants for purchase or usage rights for this purpose,
- as a building supervisor in the name of a third party for the account of a third party.

Which documents are required?
- Extract from the commercial register for legal entities
- Information from the Central Trade Register (GZR)
- Current certificate of good conduct for submission to an authority
- tax clearance certificate from the tax office

EUR 110.00 to EUR 1,650.00
