Ground monuments are movable or immovable objects that are evidence, remains or traces of human culture (archaeological monuments) that are or were concealed in the ground.

The lower monument protection authority of your district or city is initially responsible for applications for excavations, earthworks at sites with ground monuments and the acceptance of ground finds.
