Apply for an official extract from the property register
Service description
If you are the owner of a property, you can apply for extracts from the property register. Other persons can also obtain extracts if they have a legitimate interest and can demonstrate this.
You will need an extract from the property register with warranty function (official extract) for submission to the court or authorities.
This contains the following data:
- Identifying data (e.g. parcel number)
- Descriptive data (e.g. area of the parcels) from the real estate cadastre
- Land register and ownership details as, for example, proof of parcel,
- Parcel and proof of ownership
- Optional floor estimate data.
You will receive the statement in paper form.
Who should I contact?
Please contact the Saxony-Anhalt State Office for Surveying and Geoinformation.
You can also obtain official extracts from the property register from the state's publicly appointed surveyors or from the municipalities and districts.

You are the owner or the holder of other rights and can prove a legitimate interest.
