Apply for an official extract from the property map
Service description
If you are the owner of a property, you can apply for extracts from the property map.
You will need an extract from the property map (official extract) for submission to the court or authorities.
You will receive the extract in paper form. You will receive the extract at a scale of 1:1,000.
The extract includes, among other things
- Parcel boundaries,
- Boundary points,
- Building floor plans,
- the actual utilisation and
- optionally the floor estimate data.
Who should I contact?
Please contact the Saxony-Anhalt State Office for Surveying and Geoinformation.
You can also obtain official extracts from the property map from
- the publicly appointed surveyors of the country
- or at the municipalities and districts.
Prerequisites
- You are the owner
- or you are the owner of other rights
- and you can demonstrate a legitimate interest
