Pömmelte. The Samhain festival, held in the middle of the quarter, was regarded as a festival of transition and of remembrance for the deceased. This year, on 31 October, the Pömmelte Ring Sanctuary will provide the setting for a special break on a public holiday. Under the open sky at this special venue (or in the TIZ in the event of heavy or persistent rain), a guided meditation will create space for tranquillity, mindfulness and inner reflection. Participants will be able to turn their attention inwards and reconnect with their own roots and those of their ancestors. As the event is to take place outdoors, please ensure you wear weather-appropriate clothing and feel free to bring a mat or blanket.
