Future Day - Girls' Day and Boys' Day on 23 April 2026

This year's Girls' Day and Boys' Day will take place on 23 April 2026. Companies will be able to recruit the potential employees and skilled workers of tomorrow.
On the campaign day, pupils visit companies and institutions to find out about possible career paths.
In the state of Saxony-Anhalt, pupils from all school types in grades 5 to 11 as well as students at comprehensive schools and vocational grammar schools in grade 12 in Saxony-Anhalt have the opportunity to participate.
Impact studies on Future Day show that this career guidance programme is useful for the participating girls and boys, but also for the companies:
- 94% of the female students and 90% of the male students enjoyed the Future Day,
- 68% of female pupils and 66% of male pupils have learnt about a profession that has aroused their interest,
- 42% of female pupils and 36% of male pupils would like to complete an internship, apprenticeship or degree programme in their chosen field.
Interested companies and institutions can contact
