Investment management
The Salzland district is a direct and indirect shareholder in numerous companies, thus assuming economic responsibility for its associated companies and own operations and bearing entrepreneurial risks. The investment management department looks after these companies in terms of budgetary and corporate law.
The tasks of investment management include the annual preparation of the investment report, investment controlling, mandate management for the Salzlandkreis's affiliated companies and own operations as well as management and administrative tasks.
