Press & Public Relations
The press office in the district administrator's office works at the interface between the district administration and the public. As a direct point of contact for regional and national media and journalists, it answers their enquiries and prepares content for print, radio, TV and online publication. In doing so, the press office utilises its close contact with the specialist departments and services of the district administration as well as with its own companies.
The press office can organise and accompany press conferences, on-site appointments and interviews for reporting purposes if required.
The press office is involved in preparing and following up on appointments for the District Administrator. It provides content for speeches on various occasions, formulates greetings and speeches by the District Administrator and also provides them for print products on his behalf.
Last but not least, internal communication via the intranet in the district administration cannot run without the press office.
